Very popular salad in Russia, often prepared for the New Year's Eve.
Here is my recipe (for 4-5 people):
* 500g of boiled beef or sausage
* 5 large boiled potatoes
* 5 large salty russian gherkins (important)
* 300g of processed green peas
* 5/6 hard boiled eggs
* mayonnaise (not too much)
Cut everything in cubes and mix. It tastes better after one day ...
Our friends normally like it very much. Some even fight to get an extra portion, just like Marion and Yann during 2009/2010 New Year's eve (they stole this plate from Eglantine):
